The project has started initially in the USA has FFA (Future Farmers Of America) and now it is totally own by USA government recentaly more than six lac employees are working on the project. on that basis in india FALI has been started from 2014 to till now rapidely growing in major district of maharashtra dhule, jalgaon, pune, sangali, satara, kolhapur & now FALI is working in 46 schools of maharashtra and on this year 2017 we FALI is going to expand Gujrat and mp. FALI has started by former world bank CEO mrs. Nancy Barry. The prime objective of FALI is to develope the agriculture business and modern knowledge about agricuture and to istablished national level institution till 2020. FALI is the pioneer project in agricuture sector. where involving a big agriculture mulinational comapnies contribution such as Jain Irrigation, UPL, bayer crop science and many of other near arround 70 + companies recentaly FALI is working in 46 schools of maharashtra. under the FALI project students learn agriculture science and technology subject from master of agriculture aducater and gain a lot of agriculture knowledge on therotical as will as practical base. students also visited verious agricultural industries progressive farmers visit and from that learning of profit and loss student make a business plan and innovation model to each and every year and from competition ogf the group student has been selected for jalgaon convension programme. where all multinatinal companies CEO and subject expert are present for better guidline to this students. FALI students have also tasted soil sample IDM practicales, hydro phonix technology, IPM and much more...
(अमेरिकेतील एफएफए (Future Agriculture Leaders Of India) या पद्धतीवर आधारित भारतात पहिल्या ६ शाळा (FALI - भारतातील शेतीतील भविष्याचा नायक) अशा नावाने सुरु झाल्या. त्यातील हिरकणी विद्यालय, गावडेवाडी चे पहिले विद्यालय. जागतिक बँकेच्या संचालिका नॅन्सी मॅडम यांनी ह उपक्रम भारतातील शेतीशी संबधित गोदरेज अॅग्रोवेट महिंद्रा राईस, जैन इरिगेशन जळगाव या कंपन्याच्या मदतीने शाळेत आधुनिक शेती तंत्रज्ञान अभ्यासक्रम सुरु करण्यात आला त्यामुळे विध्यार्थ्यांचा शास्त्रशुद्ध शेतीविषयक माहिती उपलब्ध झाल्याने मुलांना शेतीविषयक आवड निर्माण होत आहे . या उपक्रमअंतर्गत रोपवाटिका भेट, शेतमाल प्रक्रिया उद्योगास भेटी व प्रात्यक्षिक यावर भर देऊन विध्यार्थ्यांना शेतीविषयक अधिक सखोल माहिती मिळते. शेती करताना शारिरीक कष्ट कमी करूनमशागतीसाठी छोट्या छोट्या यंत्रांची निर्मिती करतात, नाव निर्मितीचा आनंद घेतात)
